Excellent for instructor led training. Just as the description says, the book has many hands on exercises, and covers all necessary topics to take a student from the beginner level to a more advanced stage. I always get excellent evaluations from my students when I teach this class.

I was very unhappy with the lack of detailed information in this book. I purchased this book thinking that there would be more information than a basic concept of some of the more advanced topics in Crystal but was dissapointed to find out that this book doesn't go into enough detail on the subjects I was interested in such as Web integration. I'm returning this book as a very dissapointed reader.
