Fascinating Book!

The correct title is actually Curing Food Allergies and Common (not "Other") Illnesses!Wonderful theory and makes sound common sesnse. It is a health discovery - the world's first relating to the food allergy condition - that is approached like a detective story. Its the author's 30-year search for a solution to his illness, which he linked to foods and therefore found himself being tagged a "food allergic" person.Wonderful stuff; he says that behind MOST chronic illnesses is low body temperature - not just food intolerance (allergies). He says that the low body temperature attracts parasitic micro-organisms WHICH ARE TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE!These parasites lodge in the blood vessels, reducing blood flow at wherever in the body they reside. That causes the symptoms AT THE SITE WHERE THEY LODGE.As they are temperature-sensitive, and the patient will almost certainly have low body temperature (which equates to ill health anyway), by RAISING the body temperature (through the diet that he gives), the health disorder - and indeed most chronic health conditions - can be overcome!Excellent and highly original!Stephen Gallacher 16th February 2001
