Excel 2000 For Dummies
03 September, 2009
I purchased the book already having worked with Excel for quite a long time. With the first "flip" through the book, I already had something new to save time. Now my book is tagged with other time-savers to try out. This was a very good purchase.

I Was So Disappointed!!! Not At All What I Had Expected...
13 March, 2007
From the information I read prior to purchase, I inferred that I would learn how to edit spreadsheets I received from others, at least to reformat them. On the back cover, it says: "And you'll get easy-to-spot explanations of how to share worksheets..." I still haven't spotted these explanations.
Also, to me, a book called, "...for Dummies" implied simplicity. This book seemed too advanced for the title.

Cuts To The Chase!
23 April, 2000
Having to learn new versions of data manipulators can be a nightmare when your deadlines are gone before you're given a project -- this gem cuts to the chase! Without a lot of fanfare, tells you exactly what to do, with just enough pictures to let you know you're in the right place. It's filled in a lot of blanks, and I'm now ordering the Access 2000 version. Try it, you'll like it.
